Jeevan Sandhya Mandal invites all seniors to join us for the monthly meeting for October! Let’s have a cup of tea and connect with each other in new ways! Hope you all will join us!

We will celebrate the first day of Navratri with Garba, and pray to Mataji for safety and health in the upcoming year.

Reminder

We also want to remind all seniors to make sure they are up to date with their health, especially during the flu season. All seniors should plan to take the Flu Shot and, if necessary, the pneumonia shot. Most pharmacies give flu shots for free, and most insurance also covers the shots.
